Sanctuary House Hotel

Address: 33 Tothill Street, London SW1H 9LA
Telephone: 020 7799 4044

Large Fullers pub near St James’s Park tube station.

The bright interior and wooden furniture reminds you of many Fullers pubs.

The Sanctuary is apparently one of the original ale and pie houses but it’s been a while since I’ve eaten here. Food is available at lunchtimes and evenings.

There are eight hand pumps with a selection of Fullers own beers including a pretty good HSB. There were no guest beers on my last visit.

The Sanctuary provided a good warm atmosphere on what was a very cold night.

Free wi-fi is available.
