The Three Tuns is a great country pub in Bransgore – south of Ringwood.
There are a number of different areas within the pub and the feel is very traditional. They seem quite relaxed about having well-behaved children in the bars – which was good as we had two in tow. We nestled in the small bar at the northern end of the pub – the snug I believe. There was a wedding party going on in another part of the pub but they didn’t disturb us.
At the back of the Three Tuns there is an enormous garden with regimented lines of tables – would suit a summer’s day.
There’s a good selection of real ales available including a couple from the nearby Ringwood brewery. The ones I had tested great.
Food is available and the meal we had was superb. Kids portions are available too.
Would definitely return when next in the area.
