Covent Garden

An area just north and east of Charing Cross station. Very popular with tourists.

The craft markets in the piazza and the nearby Jubilee Market are worth a trip, is the London Transport Museum with its fine collection of old buses and tube trains.

Getting to Covent Garden

Covent Garden tube station is how most people arrive in the area – so it gets busy. It’s on the Piccadilly line.

Other tube stations are close by – Leicester Square (Piccadilly, Northern Lines) and Charing Cross (Northern, Bakerloo Lines).
